Harbor Properties sells Stevens Pass

SEATTLE — Harbor Properties sold Stevens Pass Winter Resort to CNL Lifestyle Properties of Orlando, Fla., for $20.5 million.

Harbor officials said the sale will generate capital to reinvest in its primary business: transit-oriented development in Seattle. The Seattle-based company is building a high-rise apartment in Belltown and a mid-rise apartment in Columbia City.
