Security Properties

Seattle-based Security Properties said one of its sponsored funds, Security Properties Multifamily Fund, will invest in seven to 10 properties over the next two to three years. That will create a portfolio of 1,500 to 2,000 apartments in multiple markets. Earlier this year, the fund acquired a property in Tacoma and three in Beaverton, Ore., for a total of $49.3 million. Security has acquired or developed more than 64,000 units in more than 40 states.
