Paragon and Gibraltar

The San Marco apartment building in Uptown sold for nearly $2.4 million to Gibraltar. Eric Smith of Paragon Real Estate Advisors represented the seller, 555 Aloha LLC, whose manager is James Hughes of Seattle. Gerry Pigotti and John Slonecker of Gibraltar LLC represented themselves. Sterling Savings provided financing, with Gary Watts of Vesta Capital arranging the loan. The 14-unit property at 555 Aloha St. was built in 1925 and is home to Laredo's Restaurant.
