Marcus & Millichap

The 12-unit Jabeth Apartments at 301 N. 45th St. in Seattle sold for $1.15 million. Dan Swanson of Marcus & Millichap in Seattle marketed the property for an LLC whose managers are Dan Crews and Chakorn Phisuthikul. Swanson also secured the buyer, an LLC whose member is Andrew Person, according to state records. The property was built in 1956 and upgraded in 1979.
