Equity buys site in West Seattle

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Equity Residential, the nation’s largest owner of apartments, paid $11.4 million for just over an acre of property in the heart of the West Seattle Junction.

The site is at the southeast corner of California Avenue Southwest and Alaska Street.
