The 3,000-square-foot triangular park is bounded by East Madison and East Pike. A small section of 15th Avenue runs between the park and the Bullitt Center. The plan is to close the street to vehicles and make improvements for pedestrians and bicyclists.

The Bullitt Foundation is constructing Seattle's first commercial living building on Capitol Hill across from a small park called McGilvra Place Park, which the foundation will help to rebuild.
