City University moving headquarters from Bellevue to 6th & Wall building

City U will occupy the first two floors of the three-story building. Lease terms were not disclosed.

City University of Seattle is moving its headquarters from Bellevue to Seattle's Denny Triangle, where it is leasing 88,000 square feet in Sabey Corp.'s long-vacant building called 6th & Wall.
