$40M sale for Willows West

By JOURNAL STAFF

REDMOND — Willows West Technology Center, a Redmond office/research and development complex at 14500 N.E. 87th St., sold for $40 million, according to records.

Arden Realty sold the property to a limited liability company whose address is the same as Griffin Capital of El Segundo, Calif. Griffin is a privately owned real estate investment company. A Griffin official said he could not comment.
