Clarion pays $137M for 1600 Seventh

Officials from Clarion Partners said yesterday the company paid $137 million for the 32-story 1600 Seventh Avenue building in downtown Seattle, and said Nordstrom is leasing more than half of the tower.

People who worked on the complex deal said it was years in the making.
