Urbis Partners

Jim Allison, formerly of Kinzer Real Estate Services, joined Urbis Partners in Seattle as a principal and leasing broker. Urbis handles leasing of 4 million square feet of commercial space. Allison previously worked with Urbis' Lisa Stewart and Cleita Harvey at Trammell Crow Co. At Kinzer he counseled Starbucks, Seattle Children's and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in site selection, leasing, financial structuring and portfolio management. He leased more than 300,000 square feet at 83 King/505 First Avenue on behalf of Starbucks, which led to the sale of that property for $125 million. He also did third-party leasing for Vulcan Real Estate's 60-acre South Lake Union portfolio.
