Erdman Co.

Madison, Wis.-based Erdman, a health care planning, development and design-build company with an office in Kirkland, was acquired by Lubar & Co. Erdman was sold in connection with the sale of its parent, Cogdell Spencer, based in Charlotte, N.C., to Ventas, a REIT headquartered in Chicago.
