Leisure Care

Seattle-based Leisure Care was hired to manage The Renaissance on Peachtree, a 15-story, 228-unit independent and assisted living community in Atlanta. This is Leisure Care's first retirement project in Georgia. The new owner is a joint venture between Formation Development Group of Atlanta and an affiliate of Washington, D.C.-based Carlyle Group. It plans to spend approximately $7 million to renovate interior spaces.
