Marcus & Millichap

Matthew Bohner of Marcus & Millichap's Seattle office represented Navos in the acquisition of a 15-unit apartment at 13213 Ambaum Blvd. S.W. in Burien. Navos provides care to people with mental illness and is building a mental health wellness center in Burien. Navos bought the 44-year-old property for about $1 million from Cedarstone Apartments Limited Liability Co., whose members are James and Carol Miller of Seattle.
