NAIOP's Sustainable Development Committee is offering a “tell-all” roundtable discussion about LEED for existing buildings on April 24 at 7:30 a.m. in Coughlin Porter Lundeen's downtown Seattle office. NAIOP promises a “rare and honest look” at LEED EB from the perspective of owners, consultants and tenants. Topics include financing and competitive dvantages. Panelists are Ric Cochrane of the Preservation Green Lab of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, author and green building consultant Jerry Yudelson, Roger Krage of Gerding Edlen and Brett Phillips of Unico Properties.
