Ice cream shop owner Molly Moon Neitzel will be the speaker at Capitol Hill Housing's Top of the Town fundraiser at 5:30 p.m. April 25 in the Sorrento Hotel. She opened the first Molly Moon's four years ago, and today has five shops. Top of the Town raises money for CHH, which provides affordable housing for more than 1,700 people. CHH will break ground this fall on 12th Avenue Arts, its 45th affordable apartment building. Top of the Town tickets are $200.
