Des Moines site to land major tenant

By JOURNAL STAFF

BURIEN — Des Moines Mayor Dave Kaplan says the Port of Seattle next month will announce a major tenant for the 89-acre Des Moines Creek Business Park south of Sea-Tac Airport.

Kaplan made the announcement Friday at a Southwest King County Chamber of Commerce meeting. He did not name the tenant, but said the user will likely take 60 acres.
