Kilroy to pay $186M for Skyline Tower

BELLEVUE — Kilroy Realty will top off last week's acquisition of two Seattle office properties by buying Skyline Tower in downtown Bellevue for approximately $186 million in the third quarter, company officials said yesterday.

The price works out to $446 a foot, or $6 a foot more than what Kilroy paid for another Bellevue office building, Key Center, a year ago. Key Center is on leased land.
