McGinn releases proposal for S. Lake Union rezone

By JOURNAL STAFF

Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn yesterday released a rezoning proposal for South Lake Union that he said would, if adopted, help bring 12,000 new households and 22,000 jobs to that neighborhood.
