All Property Management

Seattle-based All Property Management said it conducted a survey that shows professional property managers can help minimize tenant turnover and vacancies. The survey showed 67 percent of property management companies can typically fill a vacancy in four weeks or less; and that 51 percent of professional managers can keep the cost of rehabbing a property between renters under $1,000. The company says it's the largest online U.S. property management network.
