Bank of America

Bank of America has awarded 13 grants totaling $200,000 to Puget Sound-area nonprofits that work on affordable housing and community development projects. The grants are part of a $22 million national fund for nonprofits that build and rehab affordable housing; and offer foreclosure prevention services, homeowner counseling and neighborhood revitalization services. According to local recipients, the grant will help create 1,600 new housing units in the Seattle area.
