Transwestern named Mark Jackson to head the property management team in Seattle as senior vice president. Jackson will oversee the launch of Transwestern's management services platform in this region and be responsible for new business development, service delivery, client relations, recruiting and expansion. Transwestern recently opened the Seattle office, headed by Greg Laycock as executive vice president and managing director, and plans further expansion nationwide. Jackson has more than 29 years of property and asset management experience. He was CBRE Group's director for the Seattle South Asset Services Office, overseeing more than 21 million square feet of space in this region.
