Sperry Van Ness|Bluestone & Hockley of Portland announced the sale of Lost Lake Resort & Campground in the Mount Hood Wilderness Area for $1.2 million. The property is under the jurisdiction of the U.S. Forest Service. The 10-acre site surrounds Lost Lake. The land and business are leased under a USDA permit and are open six months a year. Brian Resendez of Sperry Van Ness|Bluestone & Hockley engineered the deal, representing both the buyer and seller.
