Colliers International has hired veteran broker Tom Abbott as senior vice president of the Western Region Investment Services Group. He has more than 35 years of experience with major office, industrial and retail investment transactions. Colliers is building a national investment services platform led by Warren Dahlstrom, president of the Investment Services Group. Rick Putnam is managing director for the Western Region.
