Dow Hotel Co.

The Dow Hotel Co., a Seattle-based hotel owner/investor, will manage the 174-room Lakeway Resort and Spa near Austin, Texas, and oversee a $5 million renovation this fall. A partnership of The Carlyle Group, a global investment group, and Dow acquired the hotel in July. Robert Kisker was named general manager of the hotel. Dow was founded in 1997 and has 12 U.S. hotels.
