Dow Hotel Co.

Dow Hotel Co., a hotel ownership, investment and management company, promoted three executives. Robert Levy is senior vice president of the Asset Development Division. He joined DHC in 2001 and will now oversee capital improvements, underwriting for new projects, property transitions and asset reviews. He also will handle brand relations. Randall King is vice president of corporate marketing and development. He also joined DHC in 2001. He will oversee revenue generation and work with equity partners on hotel revenue matters. David Fincannon is vice president of operations. He joined DHC in 2003 and now will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the DHC portfolio. DHC operates 12 hotels in the United States.
