CBRE

CBRE said its Seattle and Portland teams brokered the sale of Axcess 15, a 202-unit apartment community in Portland. Holland Residential sold the project to Waterton Residential for $48.6 million, or $240,717 per unit. CBRE said in a press release that Axcess 15 is near Lloyd Center shopping complex and the MAX light rail system.
