Emerging Trends 2013

ULI Northwest will present Emerging Trends 2013, a real estate forecast event, on Nov. 7 at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel from 7:30 to 9 a.m. It will include a presentation on Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2013, a report from PwC and ULI, and the outlook for the Seattle area with a panel of investors and experts. The keynote speaker is Dean Schwanke, executive director of the ULI Center for Capital Markets and Real Estate in Washington, D.C. The panel is Nat Bosa of Bosa Development in Vancouver, B.C., Jeremy Fletcher of Beacon Capital Partners in Los Angeles and Eli Khouri of Kilroy Realty in San Francisco.
