Axis Planning & Development, a real estate and construction planning firm, said Irma Dore has joined as principal. The company specializes in land planning, infrastructure, tenant improvements and feasibility studies. Projects range from commercial office space to high-end housing and the Pike Place Market seismic upgrades. Dore will provide multi-disciplinary expertise as an architect, project manager and owner's rep. She has an architecture degree from Washington State University, and has worked for Port Blakely Communities, Investco Management Services, Unico Properties and Vulcan.
