Prime Real Estate Group in Spokane hired licensed real estate agent Jason Ayers and named Lisa Frandsen as director of operations. The company's founder, Melissa Murphy, has earned the Certified New Home Sales Professional designation through the Institute of Residential Marketing. Ayers is a former Coeur d'Alene police officer. Frandsen worked at Nordstrom for 20 years. Murphy founded Prime earlier this year. The offices are at 417 W. First. Information is at propertybyprime.com.
