IREM forecast Nov. 30

Chapter 27 of the Institute of Real Estate Management is holding its 27th annual Forecast Breakfast at 7:30 a.m., Friday Nov. 30 at The Westin in Bellevue. It will cover housing, office, industrial and retail. The keynote speaker is Mike Dueker, chief economist for Russell Investments. Other speakers and panelists are: Ada M. Healey, vice president of real estate at Vulcan; Dr. Stan Humphries, chief economist at Zillow; Thomas B. Parsons, COO at Holland Development; and A-P Hurd, vice president at Touchstone Corp.
