Ace Parking Management

San Diego-based Ace Parking Management has reached an agreement with Kemper Development Co. and American Assets to run five parking lots in Bellevue. The lots are at Kemper's Bellevue Place, Hyatt Regency Bellevue, Lincoln Square, Bellevue Westin and American Assets' City Center. Ace signed a deal with a different property owner to manage three lots in Portland. Ace employs 342 people in the Pacific Northwest and manages 25 locations. Nationwide, the company manages more than 450 locations serving nearly 200,000 customers per day.
