Red Lion Hotels

Spokane-based Red Lion Hotels said it sold the Kalispell Center Mall in Kalispell, Mont., for $11.6 million. The buyer is an entity related to Salt Lake City-based Woodbury Strategic Partners and Spokane-based Goodale & Barbieri Co., two real estate development and investment companies. As part of the agreement, Red Lion will continue to run the attached 170-room hotel. The hotel has a fire place, an outdoor courtyard with a fire pit and whirl pool, a renovated solarium with an indoor pool and 10,000 square feet of meeting space. With this transaction, Red Lion has sold all of its non-hotel properties.
