HomeStreet Bank, Saturn

HomeStreet Bank said it provided a $12.9 million loan to the owners of the Saturn, a mixed-use building in Fremont that provides incubator office space for small businesses. This is HomeStreet's third loan to a building that provides office space for small businesses. The Saturn is 93 percent occupied. It was designed by Lance Mueller and Associates of Seattle. Developer Brian Regan wants to add a model of the planet Saturn to the roof of the building.
