EMB Management

Associa's EMB Management, which provides services to homeowner associations and developers, hired Sarah Anderson as director of marketing and operations in Seattle. Anderson worked at another homeowner association management company as a senior portfolio manager, where she supervised high-rise and mixed-use condo associations. Dallas-based Associa says it is North America's largest homeowner association management firm, with 8,000 employees and more than 150 offices in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
