NW Corporate Park sells for $170M

KTR Capital Partners bought the 19-building, 2.7 million-square-foot business park in Kent.

An entity related to KTR Capital Partners of New York bought Northwest Corporate Park in Kent, a 2.7 million-square-foot business park, for $170 million.
