Marcus & Millichap

Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services hired Paul Loubet as western regional director for the national retail group. Working out of the Newport Beach, Calif., office, Loubet will manage more than 100 investment sales brokers throughout the west. He was vice president of investments for Regency Centers, an retail owner and developer. Marcus & Millichap has an office in Seattle.
