An eating disorder clinic will lease the eighth floor of Overlake Medical Pavilion, a new medical office building at Overlake Hospital Medical Center.
The building's owner, Healthcare Realty, said Eating Recovery Center will take 25,200 square feet next spring.
Doctors will offer 24-hour support, observation and treatment for eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia.
Overlake Medical Pavilion is a nine-story building with a 6,500-square-foot roof deck for patients and doctors.
CollinsWoerman was the architect, and Andersen Construction Co. was the general contractor. Paul Carr, Steve Perovich, Tim Owens and Marcus Yamamoto of CBRE are handling the leasing. The building is 45 percent leased.
Eating Recovery Center is based in Denver, and recently formed a partnership with Moore Center, an eating disorder clinic founded in 1991 in Bellevue.
