Schnitzer West sells Bravern towers and 11 Bothell buildings for a total of $475M

The Bravern price comes out to $676,523 per unit, which blows away the previous record set when Aspira sold last year for $485,380 per unit.

Schnitzer West completed two huge sales that will bring the company more than $475 million.
