NBS finds financing for FedEx building

NBS Financial Services' Principal and Director of Seattle Production Mike Wood arranged $39 million in acquisition financing for a 210,300-square-foot FedEx industrial property in Redmond. Charlotte-based SunCap Property Group sold the distribution facility to Franklin-Redmond LLC for $60.63 million in October. State Farm Life Insurance was the lender. The loan was difficult because the deal equated to $185 per square foot, much higher than the typical $100 to $150 per square foot valuation for industrial properties.
