RPM Northwest LLC, an auto and truck parts and accessories business, will lease 1,500 square feet of office space, 6,000 square feet of warehouse and a storage yard at the Port of Ridgefield. Kelly Shea of Coldwell Banker Commercial represented RPM, and Scott Fraser of Kidder Mathews represented the port. RPM used to be in Brush Prarie south of Battleground. The new space is closer to Interstate 5 and has higher ceilings, allowing RPM to handle bigger vehicles like RVs. Ridgefield is in the northern portion of Clark County.
