Powell Development Co. said Maple Valley Town Square, a 234,000-square-foot shopping center it developed at state Route 516 and Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road, is full. Josh Parnell, Justin Kraft and Woody Harris of First Western Properties represented Powell. Bellevue-based Powell has properties in Washington, Oregon and Utah. It specializes in shopping centers and stand-alone projects like drug stores, banks and restaurants.
