Randolph Street Realty Capital of Chicago bought Meridian Glen, an 86-unit apartment building at 12115 Meridian Ave. S. in Everett. Jones Lang LaSalle brokers David Young, Corey Marx, Seth Heikkila and Matt Kemper arranged the transaction. Meridian Glen was built in 1990 on 3.32 acres. It has a clubhouse, gym, indoor pool and hot tub, and a playground. Jones Lang LaSalle has more than 1,000 offices in 70 countries.
