Leith joins ARA in Seattle

Atlanta-based ARA Real Estate Investment Services has hired Marty Leith as a managing broker in the Seattle office. Leith has been a multifamily broker for more than 14 years, and he has sold property worth more than $750 million. Leith was an associate partner at Hendricks-Berkadia Apartment Real Estate Advisors and a first vice president of Kidder Mathews' multifamily and investment sales division. Leith will work with Gail Neuburg, who is based in Portland. ARA said it is the largest private investment advisory firm in the country that focuses just on multifamily.
