BELLEVUE — Beacon Capital Partners hasn't started construction on a 24-story office tower it is planning at 10833 N.E. Eighth St. in Bellevue, but the site is already for sale, according to an industry newsletter called Real Estate Alert.
Real Estate Alert reports Eastdil Secured will handle the listing, and offers are projected to be between $40 million and $50 million.
Beacon recently applied for design review for a second building on the site. It would have 18 stories with 430,000 square feet of office space.
NBBJ is the architect for both towers.
