Mack Urban starts management firm

SEATTLE — Mack Urban has started a residential property management and leasing company called Mack Urban Communities.

The new company will manage properties in Seattle and southern California, two of Mack Urban's top markets. Mack Urban Communities is managing Kavela, a 63-unit complex in Roosevelt that opened last year, and Velo, a 165-unit project in Fremont that will open later this year.
