Dow Hotel to manage Philadelphia DoubleTree

The Dow Hotel Co., which is based in Seattle, said it will manage the Philadelphia-Valley Forge DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. Dow Hotel will oversee a $1 million renovation of the hotel's lobby and meeting space. The exterior will get new roof line accents, trim detail, updated colors and LED lighting. Renovations will be done in September. The 327-room hotel has a gym, swimming pool, bistro pub and adjacent lounge. Dow Hotel was founded in 1997 and owns or operates 11 hotels throughout the United States.
