SEATTLE — The U.S. General Services Administration is taking bids for the former Federal Reserve building at 1015 Second Ave. in Seattle. The starting bid is $5 million.
The building was constructed in 1950 and was home to the bank until 2008, when it moved to Renton. The four-story, 90,000-square-foot building has been vacant since.
