Stewart Title adds Elpel

Stewart Title Commercial Services hired Shawn Elpel as an associate senior underwriting counsel in Seattle. Elpel has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and the title business. He worked for title companies in Washington, Arizona and California on national, multi-site deals.
