Lynnwood artist wins DJC drawing

SEATTLE — David Owen Hastings won a $100 gift card to the Melting Pot fondue restaurant in the DJC Building of the Year contest.

Hastings is a graphic designer and artist based in Lynnwood. He was randomly selected from more than 3,000 votes cast in the contest.

The Sunset Electric apartment project was voted Building of the Year, grabbing nearly a third of the votes. Stadium Place was a close second, followed by ICHS Shoreline Clinic.
