Mike Wood and Austin Johnson of NBS Financial Services arranged $19.4 million in financing for two apartment complexes: the 181-unit Westlakes Apartments in Olympia and the 110-unit Poplar Lanes Apartments in Lynnwood.
Funding was provided by Fannie Mae through NBS Financial's relationship with Walker & Dunlop. NBS Financial represented both borrower and lender.
NBS Financial is part of NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, a real estate company based in Portland.
